Before joining Nay & Friedenberg in
2004, Doug practiced law in Oregon and Washington for approximately
15 years, focusing on representation of private professional
guardians, conservators and trustees. He has had extensive
experience in establishing conservatorships and guardianships
in order to protect elderly and disabled persons from financial
and physical abuse, and has brought many successful legal actions
against persons who have taken advantage of the elderly and
disabled. Doug is experienced in contested guardianship and
conservatorship proceedings and complex litigation.
Doug is
a member of the Oregon State Bar and Washington State Bar
Associations. He is also a member of the National Guardians
Association and the Estate Planning Section of the Oregon
State Bar. As a member of the Law Offices of Nay & Friedenberg,
his practice will continue to focus on these areas in addition
to estate planning and elder law. |
