In general, a will is in effect until you replace with another will or a trust document. If you marry, however, your will becomes invalid.
Divorce, on the other hand, does not invalidate your will in Oregon. It does, however, revoke the provisions regarding the divorced spouse. Nothing would go to the divorced spouse and the assets would be distributed to the other beneficiaries.
