Biography

 

Garvin Reiter, J.D.

Garvin is an elder law attorney with the Law Offices of Nay & Friedenberg, where he specializes in estate planning, with an emphasis on planning for seniors and persons with disabilities, and in guardianship, conservatorship, trust administration and probate law. He previously worked as an attorney for Legal Aid Services of Oregon, where his practice focused on representing victims of elder abuse, advocating for the rights of seniors who reside in care facilities and assisting seniors with consumer problems. He is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Oregon State Bar, and presently serves on the board of Parkinson’s Resources of Oregon.
